Originally from Kibbutz Yiron, she has lived in Jerusalem for four years. A graduate of the academy's 3rd cohort and a counselor for its 9th and 10th cohorts. She is completing a degree in social work and works at Etnachta with girls at risk. She is also a social mentor for a commune of the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel.

Eitan Galai

CEO of Outbrain International, one of the world's leading platforms for personalized content recommendations. In this role, Galai leads the company's international growth strategy, the management of its global markets, the development of business partnerships and the expansion of its activity in Europe, Asia and Latin America. He has extensive experience in managing technology companies and in digital media; before being appointed CEO he held senior management positions at the company itself and at other companies in the industry. During his tenure he has contributed significantly to expanding the company's presence in key markets and to strengthening its position as a public company.

Amber Sensora

Originally from Ashdod and a graduate of the academy's 4th cohort. About a year ago she completed a BA in political science and in communication and journalism at the Hebrew University. Today, after a year as an advertising account executive, she works as a communications and strategy consultant and lives in Gan Yavne. She believes that each of us should, and must, take part in the public sphere we live in and foster positive discourse among the people around us.

Uri Sirkis

CEO of Israir since 2012, and considered one of the leading executives in Israel's aviation industry. Born and raised in Jerusalem, he holds a degree in industrial engineering and management. Before joining Israir he held senior management positions, including vice president at El Al and vice president at DHL. Under his leadership Israir went through a deep transformation, from a loss-making airline into a profitable, growing company. In recent years he has led a strategy of expansion into international markets. In times of crisis, such as war or a drop in tourism, he has stood out for his direct approach and his personal commitment to the company's employees.

Ruth Ralbag

A senior executive with a rich background in finance and the public sector. She began her career at the First International Bank of Israel, where over almost two decades she rose to senior management, as a member of its management and head of its commercial banking division. She then moved to the public health system, serving as Deputy Director General for Planning, Budgeting and Pricing at the Ministry of Health, and as Deputy Director General for Medical Economics at Ichilov and Shaare Zedek hospitals. In 2021 she was appointed Director General of Clalit Health Services, leading it through a challenging period that included the COVID-19 crisis, the development of advanced community medical services and the expansion of digital solutions. Since completing her term she has continued to work in the public and professional sphere as an adviser and opinion leader in management, health policy and public ethics.
